Tender and tasty. (And I’m not a dark meat person.) Would have preferred skin on, but that’s my only complaint.

Its chicken. If anyone gets it wrong, they shouldn’t be in the meat business. With that said, its exactly what you’d expect, but cost wise, I’ve learned that Jimmy P’s simply cannot compete with Broward Meats in my area. I can get more pieces AND a frequent "Buy 1 Get 1 Free" deal with Broward Meats. So … I’m pretty much getting my steaks and birds from there now.
