Fabulous! Out of sight! My husband sous vide the skirt steak for 24 hours to rare. He sauteed it both sides in our cast iron fry pan for about 1 minute and made a veal glace sauce to go with the steak. Our two guests for dinner say it was hands down the best steak they think they have ever eaten in their lives! And, we feel the same way, so we’ll be back for more. We’re going to cook up the 8 bone rack for guests this weekend, so we’ll rate that sometime next week. Boy, are we glad we found you and thanks for the free shipping to Florida residents!
