About Jimmy P’s

Proudly Serving Southwest Florida Since 1985

Established in Naples, Florida in 1985, Jimmy P’s began as a small custom butcher shop and has since grown into a third-generation, family-owned butcher and restaurant group. Today, Jimmy P’s is known for its unmatched quality and expertise in Australian Wagyu Beef, Heritage Berkshire Pork, Poultry, Colorado Prime Lamb, Veal, and Exotic Game Meats.

With two butcher shop locations in Naples and Bonita Springs, along with multiple restaurants, Jimmy P’s remains dedicated to one mission — delivering the finest meats and an exceptional customer experience with every order and every bite.

Our Mission

Our mission is simple: to exceed your expectations in every bite.

Whether you’re dining in one of our restaurants or shopping in our butcher shops, you can count on the highest quality meats and unmatched service from our knowledgeable team. When you shop at Jimmy P’s, you’re not just buying steak — you’re taking home the same premium Wagyu, Berkshire Pork, and specialty cuts trusted by top chefs and discerning home cooks alike.

Our Story

The late Jim Pepper Sr., a third-generation butcher with over 40 years in the meat industry, built Jimmy P’s on a foundation of quality, craftsmanship, and care. Having managed some of the largest meat markets in the country, Jim Sr. passed on a legacy of knowledge that continues to guide the business today.

His son, Jimmy Pepper, has helped lead the family business for more than 25 years, working side-by-side with his father. While Jim Sr. was the hands-on craftsman, Jimmy brought a modern approach, blending tradition with innovation through his background in computer information systems and business management.

In 2010, Crystal Pepper joined the family business, bringing expertise in business management and accounting. Together, Jimmy and Crystal are committed to maintaining the same standards of quality and service their family has upheld for decades.

A True Family Business

When we say we’re a family-owned and operated business — we mean it!

Call the shop and you might speak directly with Jimmy. Place an order and you could be greeted by Crystal. You’ll often find both of them working side-by-side with their team at one of our shops or restaurants. Even their three children — Brayden, Mason, and Harper — can be spotted helping out during the holidays, trimming tenderloins, assisting customers, or welcoming guests at Charred.

Our Thanks

The Pepper Family would like to extend heartfelt gratitude to all of our loyal customers for your continued trust and support. When you shop at Jimmy P’s, you’re not just purchasing meat — you’re supporting a small, local, family-run business that takes pride in every product we serve.

From our family to yours, thank you for making Jimmy P’s part of your table.
