Important Shipping Update
Due to recent delays, all orders placed with discounted FL shipping (Ground) will ship out the following day it is placed from Monday-Wednesday. Any orders placed with discounted FL shipping after Wednesday at 12pm will be shipped out the following Monday. Orders placed by midnight with any Overnight Shipping options will ship out the following business day. No shipping on Fridays.
Shipping Options
Overnight
We use FedEx Priority Overnight and FedEx Standard Overnight for all next business-day deliveries.
Priority Overnight: FedEx Priority Overnight®: Delivery the next business day by 10:30 a.m. to most businesses in the contiguous U.S. and by noon to residences and 5:00 p.m. to some rural areas.
FedEx Standard Overnight®: Next-business-day delivery by 5:00 p.m. to U.S. businesses and by 8 p.m. to residences.
2-Day Shipping
With FedEx 2 day shipping, your packages are delivered within 2 business days throughout the Contiguous United States.
Ground
We limit Ground shipping to zones 2-4 to ensure your order arrives in the best condition. Depending on transit time, some shipments may be sent frozen when using Ground. Zones 2-4 include all of the Southeast US up to parts of the Midwest and Northeast including some areas of PA, OH, IN, MO, AR and LA.
South Florida FREE & Flat Rate Shipping
We use FedEx Ground for all South Florida discounted shipping options.

- Florida recipients take advantage of our Florida Flat Rate shipping & handling charge of $34.95 on all next-day deliveries.
- South Florida FREE Shipping
- FREE Shipping within the state of Florida on orders over $400.
- We Only Ship Within the Contiguous US
- No International Shipping. Shipping is not available in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
- Packaging
- All perishable orders are vacuum-sealed in cryovac pouches and surrounded by gel packs in styrofoam cooler boxes for maximum insulation.
- Monitor Shipping Updates
- Once you have received an email confirmation with tracking information, we advise you to closely monitor your package's delivery progress.
- Collect Quickly
- Please keep in mind these products are perishable and should not be left outside for an extended period of time. We recommend that you make arrangements to be home to accept the delivery.
