Order Processing & Shipping Schedule

All orders placed by 11:59 PM EST will ship the following business day.

Orders ship Monday through Wednesday, with Thursday serving as the final shipping day of the week.

We do not ship orders on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays.

Orders Over $500

  • Free Shipping

Shipping Schedule for Flat Rate & Complimentary Shipping

  • Florida deliveries: Orders ship Monday through Thursday
  • Outside Florida: Orders ship Monday through Wednesday

Packaging & Dry Ice

All orders are carefully packed with dry ice and insulated packaging to keep products frozen during transit.

It is completely normal for the dry ice to dissipate before delivery. As long as the products remain cold to the touch, they are safe to refrigerate, enjoy, or place in the freezer.

Please use caution when handling any remaining dry ice, as it can cause burns if touched directly.

Delivery Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Because our products are perishable, we strongly recommend being available to receive your package upon delivery and avoiding extended outdoor exposure.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we do not ship to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • International destinations
