After cooking the ribs I don’t taste any difference between these ribs and the ribs I buy from Publix. Yes, there are tender and tasteful but so are the ribs I get from Publix. Will not buy again.

I hate to admit these were not my personal favorite. (But I’m not a rib person.) But the flavor was as awesome as any of their other pork. Just a little on the tough side.

Haven’t cooked them yet. Still in freezer. But I can tell you that they are very meaty and they are a decent size. I ordered from Snake River Farms and let me tell you, it was SMALL and it was only ONE. Never again. Jimmy P’s gave two pretty big portions … and us MEN aren’t into "pretty," we are into big and tasty! And having wife and son to share with, big is definitely on the menu! All I need to do is cook them right. And it will be 5 stars.

Haven’t cooked them yet, but I’m very happy with the size and cut, even in their frozen state. I’m a grown man. I like MEAT on my rib bones, and they certainly have a good amount of meat on them.
