Avocado crema is a smooth, tangy sauce that makes an incredible topping for grilled steak, Bell & Evans chicken, seafood, or roasted vegetables. Fresh and easy to whip up in minutes, it adds a cool, creamy finish to any dish.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves only
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 4 tablespoons lime juice
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Prep the Avocados: Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop out the flesh.
  2. Blend: Add avocado, cilantro, sour cream, lime juice, garlic, and salt to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Store: Transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

How to Use It
