Garlic Butter Steak Bites – Tender, Juicy, and Packed with Flavor

These garlic butter steak bites are a quick and delicious way to enjoy premium Wagyu beef. Perfect as a main dish or a party appetizer, they’re seared to perfection and tossed in a rich garlic-parsley butter for a burst of flavor in every bite.

Ingredients

  • ½ lb Wagyu New York Strip, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat.
  2. Once hot, add steak bites and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook for 2 minutes without stirring. Stir and cook an additional 2–3 minutes until desired doneness. Transfer steak bites to a plate.
  4. Reduce heat to medium and add butter to the same pan.
  5. Once melted, stir in garlic and parsley. Cook for about 1 minute, stirring frequently.
  6. Remove from heat, return steak bites to the pan, and toss well to coat in garlic butter.

Serving Suggestions

Serve with crusty bread to soak up the garlic butter, over mashed potatoes, or alongside roasted vegetables for a complete meal.
