Ingredients
- 1 cup leftover ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 3 cups cooked rice (preferably day-old)
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, or bell peppers)
- 2 eggs
- 2–3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil or vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the vegetables: Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add diced onions and garlic; sauté until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
