This ribeye with sweet Gorgonzola butter is the perfect blend of bold steak flavor and creamy, tangy richness. The butter melts over the hot steak, creating a decadent sauce with every bite.

Ingredients

  • Wagyu ribeye, cooked and seasoned to your liking
  • 4 ounces Gorgonzola dolce, crumbled (about 1 cup)
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter (2 ounces), softened

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, gently fold the Gorgonzola into the softened butter until just combined.
  2. Place the mixture on a piece of plastic wrap or parchment paper and roll into a 6-inch log. Twist the ends to seal.
  3. Chill for 1 hour until firm.
  4. Remove from wrap or parchment and cut into ½-inch-thick slices.
  5. Top the cooked ribeye with a slice of Gorgonzola butter and serve immediately.
