Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Berkshire Boston Butt, sliced into 1-inch steaks
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the fresh orange juice, lime juice, garlic, cumin, oregano, olive oil, and kosher salt.
