  • 2 Heritage Berkshire Pork Double Thick Rib Chops
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp neutral oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 2 tbsp bourbon
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 apple, thinly sliced

Instructions
