Wagyu Cajun Bleu Cheese Burgers with Grilled Vidalia Onions & Peach BBQ Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 Wagyu Cajun Bleu Cheese Burgers
- 1 large Vidalia onion, sliced into thick rounds
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup peach preserves
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 brioche buns, toasted
- Butter lettuce, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush the Vidalia onion rounds with olive oil. Grill for 4 to 5 minutes per side, or until softened and charred around the edges.
- Whisk together the peach preserves, apple cider vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce in a small saucepan. Simmer for 5 minutes, or until the sauce becomes glossy.
- Grill the Wagyu Cajun bleu cheese burgers for 4 to 5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- During the final minute of cooking, brush the burgers generously with the peach BBQ sauce.
- Build each burger on a toasted brioche bun with butter lettuce, grilled Vidalia onion, and additional peach BBQ sauce.
Serving Tips
Grill the brioche buns cut-side down during the final minute the onions are on the grill to add a lightly toasted, charred finish. Serve the burgers hot with extra peach BBQ sauce on the side.
