Jimmy P’s was founded by Jim Pepper Sr., a third-generation butcher with over 40 years of experience in the meat industry. His dedication to quality and craftsmanship laid the foundation for everything we do today.
His son, Jimmy Pepper, has spent more than 25 years helping grow the business—blending traditional butchery with a modern approach to operations and customer experience. Together with Crystal Pepper, the family continues to evolve the brand while staying true to its roots.
